Invalid username or password.
Please check that your username and password are correct, and ensure that the correct environment and version are selected.
- Verify that you are able to login with your username and password directly in the portal.
- If this is the case, reset your password via the portal and only use alphanumeric characters.
- After the password is reset, log into the Excel Add-In with your new password.
If you can login via the portal, then the login issue via the Excel Add-In may be due to your password containing special characters (e.g. ! @#$ &... ). The Excel Add-In can only handle alphanumeric characters.
