As part of our continuous effort to provide world-class support and service, 1010data is excited to announce our new Support Portal. All support requests will be tracked in the portal, providing you full access and visibility of your ticket status.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU
There is not a lot of change in terms of how you contact us – you can continue to submit tickets via email using firstname.lastname@example.org or through your 1010data product session. In either case, a ticket will automatically be created on your behalf in the Support Portal, which you can then access and track.
