Introducing the 1010data Support Portal

As part of our continuous effort to provide world-class support and service, 1010data is excited to announce our new Support Portal. All support requests will be tracked in the portal, providing you full access and visibility of your ticket status.



There is not a lot of change in terms of how you contact us – you can continue to submit tickets via email using or through your 1010data product session. In either case, a ticket will automatically be created on your behalf in the Support Portal, which you can then access and track.


Within the Support Portal, you have direct access to:

  1. Create new tickets and track the progress
  2. Update and escalate priority level for support requests
  3. A growing Knowledge Base for searchable, self-help solutions


The new Support Portal is the first step in building a more streamlined support experience for our customers. As part of our commitment to building a better experience, we will continue to release additional features such as:

  • Community Forum where customers can share knowledge with other users
  • Integrated Phone Support with intelligent call routing and direct ticketing
